Elected President (Adhyaksha) of the Akhil Bharatiya Akhada Parishad in October 2021, Shri Mahant Ravindra Puri Ji Maharaj leads the apex council of all thirteen akhadas while serving as Secretary of his own Niranjani Akhada and President of the Shri Mansa Devi Mandir Trust at Haridwar. Initiated into the Niranjani order in 1980, he rose through its ranks — Thanapati, Up-Mahant, Shri Mahant — and is known as an educationist-sadhu who has run engineering and medical colleges for two decades. As Parishad Adhyaksha he presided over the akhada side of the Prayagraj Maha Kumbh 2025.
